1 million French people were invited to express themselves on the question "What are the priorities for our country tomorrow?".
Sociologists from Make.org built a citizens' agenda based on the consensus priorities proposed by the French people on the platform.
From this citizen's agenda, I designed a platform on Webflow to collect and display the reactions of the presidential candidates to the priorities of the French people.
Each candidate had the opportunity to present the measures they will implement if they were elected.
For the sake of fairness, the answers were limited to 500 characters maximum and the order of display of the candidates was randomized at each page refresh, so I added a search bar to help users find the proposals of the candidates that interested him.
Transparency was the crucial point raised during the user testing phase, it was necessary to explain our approach:
- How were the priorities established?
- How did we ensure that the representativeness of the French people was respected during the consultation (age, social category, gender...)?
- Give access to the source code of our algorithm
